Can I modify my order after it is completed?
We start working on your order as soon as we receive it, so we are unable to make any changes or modifications to an order after it has been placed and confirmed so make sure all entered information is accurate before ordering!
Did my order go through? I didn't receive a confirmation email.
If you did not receive a confirmation email with an order number, then either you entered the incorrect email address when placing the order, or your order did not process in our system.
Please use the Contact Us page on the site to get in touch and we will look for the order and add the correct email address.
When will my credit card be charged for my order?
If your card is authorized, payment will be taken immediately, and you will receive an email confirming that your order has been placed successfully. If your card is not authorized, payment will not be taken, and we'll email to let you know that your bank or card issuer wouldn't authorize the payment.
Please remember that even if a payment isn’t authorized, it may look like Dená Fashion Designs has taken the money, as some card issuers may still reserve the money, for a short period of time.
Do you charge sales tax?
Yes we do. We are required we charge taxes on sales in the counties/states where we do business. These rates may vary due to your location.
Do you offer payments with venmo apps or paypal apps?
Yes, you can pay with either one of these apps using your smart phone or desktop computer.
How do I use Sezzle buy now, pay later?
Download the app. Sign up. It's quick, easy and approval decisions are instant. Go shop. Simply select Sezzle at checkout and complete your order.
My delivery is incomplete! Where are my other items?
There are times when we will ship multiple-products separately.
Can I retroactively add a discount or coupon code?
All discount codes must be applied during checkout, we cannot retroactively apply.
Discount codes must still be active for it to apply and only one (1 x code) can be applied per order.
Do yo have tracking on your shipments?
YES we do!! We offer tracking on all shipments. Tracking numbers will be emailed to the email address provided at the time of purchase.
If you have not received your tracking number, send us an email. We will send it to you as soon as we can!
What are the shipping rates?
Shipping is currently FREE on orders $75 and over. This is subject to change.
All other shipping rates for USPS (United States Postal Service)and/or UPS (United Parcel Service). FedEx may vary due to the weight of your package(s). For your specific charge, review your cart at checkout.
Where is Dená Fashion Designs located?
Houston, Texas and we also collaborate with other artisans and designers through out the U.S.
What is a typical delivery time?
Please allow 2- 5 days for order processing, due to safety protocal for Covid-19. Once the order has been processed and safely packaged, we will ship. Delivery could take 2 to 25 days for delivery. Shipping delays will vary due to the postal carrier you chose. We strive to get your order shipped quickly! We value your business.
*PLEASE NOTE THAT WE CANNOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR PACKAGES THAT ARE NOT RECEIVED AT THE DELIVERY ADDRESS NOTED ON YOUR ORDER. IT IS THE CUSTOMER’S RESPONSIBILITY TO CONTACT LOCAL POST OFFICE TO FILE A CLAIM.
Lost/Unknown causes in shipment
Packages that are either stolen, lost or undelivered are NOT our responsibility. If your package does not arrive within or after the estimated delivery time then you should contact your Local Postal Office to explain the situation and provide them with your tracking number.
Note: Multiple-products ordered may be shipped separately.
Do you accept returns?
